Our story
Started in 2024. Built the way we always wished agencies were run.
Media Mates was founded in 2024 by Tejas Kirodiwal after nearly a decade in large agencies and five years in-house leading growth for ecommerce brands.
The pattern was always the same: sold on strategy by senior people, handed to juniors to execute. Reports got prettier, numbers didn't move. Media Mates was built to fix that — a small agency where the person you meet is the person doing the work, backed by a tight delivery team so we stay fast without adding management layers.
Today we're a lean team of senior experts based in Sydney, Australia — supported by a remote delivery team in India.
